Born and raised in Kirkland with 15+ years of Real Estate experience has given Travis a solid understanding of what this beautiful area has to offer.

Travis's prior experience as a certified real estate appraiser and his time spent working for a local Title and Escrow company offers exceptional value to his clients. He brings to each transaction an insider's knowledge of the process, deep insight into property valuation, and a vast network of relationships with industry experts who can help make every purchase and sale go as smoothly as possible. Travis and his wife Jessica live on the north end of Lake Washington with their son Will and golden doodle Bodhi. A former professional wakeboarder, he still spends as much time as he can on the water.

    Sydney Hastie is a Northwest University graduate with dual Bachelor's Degrees in both Business and Marketing. She feels most accomplished and inspired when using her creativity to help others become more successful, and loves doing the behind the scenes work to make a project run smoothly and immaculately. Recently married in 2019, Sydney lives in Bothell with her husband Cole; she loves to spend her days with a coffee in hand, quality time with friends and family, and as much time in the sunshine as possible.

    Simona was born in Romania and moved with her family to the United States when she was 8 years old. She attended Everett Community College and earned her Associates Degree in Business. In 2000, Simona started working in Real Estate and knew that's what she wanted to do with her career. She's been coordinating transactions for over 17 years. Simona enjoys the outdoors, road trips and spending time with her husband and 3 children.
